We offer free standard shipping when you order any 2 boxes from merkadeau. For smaller orders, standard shipping is available for $10. Need your gift to arrive sooner? Opt for express shipping for an additional $20 at checkout. We're here to help you surprise and inspire, right on time!

How can I qualify for free shipping?

To qualify for free shipping, simply order any 2 boxes from our store. Whether you choose the same product or mix and match, you’ll automatically receive free standard shipping at checkout.

Can I upgrade my shipping if I've qualified for free shipping?

Absolutely! If your order qualifies for free shipping but you’d like a faster delivery option, you can choose to upgrade your shipping method during checkout. Just select the option that suits you best.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We partner with local couriers to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently. For standard shipping within the Sydney region, your order will typically arrive within 2–4 business days. For locations outside Sydney, delivery takes approximately 6–10 business days.

If you opt for express shipping, your order will arrive within 1–2 business days. We aim to deliver your carefully curated finds promptly, so you can enjoy them or share them with someone special!

What is the delivery process?

Once your order is placed, we’ll carefully pack it and send it out with our trusted delivery partners within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your parcel’s journey from our market to your doorstep.

How can I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy! After your order has shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Use this number on our courier's website to see where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been placed?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order hasn’t already been processed or shipped, so the sooner you reach out, the better!

We deliver Australia-wide, so whether you are in Gadigal, Wurundjeri, Kaurna - you name it - we’ve got you covered.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we're only spreading surprises across Australia. While we’re not shipping internationally just yet, we’re dreaming of the day we can send our unique finds to every corner of the world.

What should I do if my order wasn't delivered?

We’re sorry to hear that! If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with us. We’ll work with our delivery partners to find out what happened as soon as possible and provide a solution, which may include a refund or replacement if necessary.

We're unable to accept returns if you've changed your mind. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before finalising your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, feel free to reach out to us.

When you’re ready, proceed to the checkout where you’ll enter your shipping information, choose your payment method, and review your order.

Once you’ve confirmed everything is correct, complete your purchase, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes or cancel orders as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the processing stage, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
