1. Shipping Destinations

Merkadeau. currently ships to all regions within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned as we expand our services to more destinations in the future.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with local couriers, such as Aramex Australia and Sendle Australia to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. You can choose from the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Reliable and cost-effective for everyday purchases.

  • Express Shipping: Perfect for when you need your order to arrive quickly.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $10 for any orders unless your order includes 2 or more boxes or you opt for express delivery.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to orders with 2 or more boxes. This offer applies to any combination of our boxes, even if they are different products.

  • Express Shipping: Available for $20 at checkout for faster delivery.

 

4. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

 

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (Sydney region): Typically takes 2-4 business days after processing.

  • Standard Shipping (Outside Sydney): Typically takes 6-10 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other external factors.

 

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier's website.

 

7. Customer Contact Information

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must include their mobile number when placing an order. This allows us or our couriers to contact you directly if there are any issues with the delivery.

 

8. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations. If you live in an area that may have delivery restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Items

We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at merkadeau.au@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

 

10. Incorrect Addresses

If you realise you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at merkadeau.au@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

 

11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we currently only ship within Australia, there are no customs duties or international taxes. The prices displayed on our website include GST.

 

12. Returns and Exchanges
