Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Merkadeau. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right. Below are the details of our policy regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

 

1. Damages and Issues

We’re committed to delivering your gifts in perfect condition. Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Simply email us at merkadeau.au@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you, ensuring you get the quality you expect.

 

2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

If your order doesn’t arrive on time, unfortunately, it doesn't qualify for a return. We strive to deliver your curated finds as quickly as possible, but delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control. If you’re experiencing significant issues with delivery, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to assist you and resolve the situation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sale items, or gift cards.

 

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will arrange a replacement or refund following our damages and issues policy.
